By raising concerns, we help prevent errors and misconduct, strengthen our processes, and foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement. It also demonstrates that we care about one another and the long-term success of our organization.
This commitment applies to all HCBS employees, consultants, contractors, and service delivery operations across all HCBS offices and project sites.
All concerns raised will be treated with appropriate confidentiality and will only be shared with relevant parties on a need-to-know basis, in line with the circumstances.
HCBS is firmly committed to protecting all individuals from retaliation. Any form of retaliation is considered serious misconduct and will not be tolerated. Any individual regardless of role who engages in retaliatory behavior will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action.
